Walking through the Zambian bush, I often come across a scene that makes me want to burst into song… of course I don’t; it would be cruel to impose my voice on the local woodland creatures, but you know what I mean? I know, I know, we don’t have a ‘formal’ spring here, but I came across this tree sprouting blindingly yellow flowers where a few days before it had looked old, weary and desolate.
